Jorge Pardo

Born in Madrid, Spain, musician (flute and saxophone) Jorge Pardo’s first professional recording was with Las Grecas, and he later recorded with the Dolores band with Pedro Ruy-Blas. Jorge was introduced to Paco de Lucía, with whom he toured worldwide and recorded many albums. During this time he also met Camarón and recorded La Leyenda del Tiempo, leading to him working on more than 20 albums. Jorge and Chick Corea are regular musical collaborators, most recently performing in both Touchstone and the Spanish Heart Band.
