“Scientology helps me with my job by first, understanding people better and understanding situations, by increasing my ability to confront the work,” says Tom. “As you can imagine, construction can be very contentious at times and it’s important to be able to keep things calm and understand where people are coming from. So by being able to confront more, I can go out and see more and I can handle more issues immediately.”
