Who are Scientologists? Meet Liz, a sailing enthusiast from the USA.
“When you’re sailing, yes, it’s fun and it’s relaxing, but it can also be very intense,” says Liz. “Control is really important. You have to be disciplined because you’re in a risky environment. You know, it’s beautiful, but if you’re sailing and not paying attention, things can change very quickly. And after Scientology, both with what I studied and then the auditing, I was able to control easily. It was smooth. I didn’t even have to think about it. And so sailing became effortless.”
