“People don’t believe that I’m actually a grandmom,” says Kim. “My family is happy. Doesn’t mean we don’t have our difficulties in life, but we get through them. Raising children, I’ve gone through handling babies … going through the teenage—and all that stuff that goes along with that. I seriously wouldn’t have survived that without my religion.”
