“To me, Scientology means I have somewhere to go to for answers,” says Jeff. “It just takes the edge off of life, honestly, and makes it so much lovelier to live. Early on in my auditing I had this moment where all the noise in my head, you know, thoughts that, ‘You couldn’t do this,’ or, you know, ‘Shouldn’t do that,’ disappeared. And it was kind of one of those things where until it isn’t there, you didn’t realize that it was there. That was the most peaceful feeling I’ve ever had and it was absolutely a miracle.”
