“My wife and I are owners of the Southwest Florida Gladiators, which is a minor league football team,” says Derek. “We’re a part of the number one league in the State of Florida. And actually for the last four years, we’ve been voted number one league in the United States. I basically take care of all the coaches and all the players. My wife takes care of all the administrative ends of things. This job would be virtually impossible to do right without Scientology. The communication skills, the skills on how people behave, my own ability to just be there and handle someone are all paramount to doing this job.”
