“What I love about kite surfing is that it’s the interaction with nature,” says Alejandro. “It’s a very unique sport in terms of–you are out there in the ocean by yourself with the wind and with the water. You have to be aware of what you’re doing all the time, you have to find what is your position, between the water, between the board and the kite.
“Scientology gave me that focus, gave me that peace of mind and removed all the noise that was around me. And just kept it simple.”
